I have seen Robert in many different situations—with his children, his family, his friends, business clients, strangers, and government and civic leaders. One of Robert’s best assets, in my opinion, is his ability to adapt to any situation. He is a wonderful father and strives to provide lots of love and structure for his children. When he is involved in a community project—they are too. He sets a great example of how you should give back to your community. Robert has a strong work ethic. When he says he is going to do something, you don’t have to doubt it. He will get the job done. And the many clients he has worked with for many years will attest to that.

Very knowledgeable. Always available. Mr. Johnson accompanied the inspector for the full inspection of the house we are purchasing because I was unable to be there. He made himself very available and was flexible enough to meet with me at whatever my convenience. He is extremely prompt in responding to emails, texts, and phone calls. Polite and courteous.

Robert's wealth of knowledge of Tyler as a whole, both geographically and socially, was overwhelming to me to say the very least. He had the answers to all of my questions and made himself available to help me eliminate the 14-year time lapse by visiting and introducing me to all of the new growth and changes in and around Tyler. I ended up purchasing two homes in the Azalea district. Both transactions closed with a seamless effort on my part due primarily to Micheal’s positive "can do" attitude, his diligence, and professionalism, as well as his communicative skills.
